"Small mix-up, but they made it right"
I got the wrong item at first and one part was missing, which was a little annoying, but support was easygoing and actually helped sort it out. The missing piece showed up later, so it all worked out in the end. If this happens to you, I’d say just reach out to customer service before stressing too much, they were chill about fixing it.

"I was able to find the parts…"
I was able to find the parts I needed quickly. The menus made sense, and the search worked well, so I didn’t have to click around forever. That part was smooth. I just wish the overall experience felt a little more helpful, because when I had a question, I kind of felt dismissed instead of actually listened to.

"OEM fit was right the first time"
I ordered a replacement mirror for my Honda and wasn’t totally sure it was going to match the original one. You know how these parts can look right online but then show up slightly off, right?

CarParts.com had it listed by year and trim, so I went with that, and it ended up bolting on without any extra messing around. The plug matched too, which was probably the biggest relief for me.

Shipping was fine, and once it was on, it looked just like the factory mirror to me. Saved me from dealing with the dealer, so I’d say it worked out well.

"Fit right and wasn’t a hassle"
I put this on sometime last week, or maybe the week before, I can’t remember exactly, but it fit really well. I’m definitely not a mechanic or anything, so I was expecting it to be more of a pain, but it lined up like it should and didn’t take too long. saved me a lot of stress.

My order showed up in a sturdy box, and the part itself was wrapped really well. Since I was mostly worried about dents or scratches, I was happy to see everything arrived in good shape.
The only thing I’d mention is that there was quite a bit of tape and padding to get through. I guess that’s better than not enough protection, depending on what you’re ordering, but it did feel like a little much. Overall though, the packaging did its job...

I’m usually careful about the total cost when ordering car parts online, especially because shipping can suddenly make a good deal not so good. With carparts.com, the part itself was already priced well, and the shipping cost was actually reasonable, which was a relief. The order was simple and everything went smoothly.
